If you believe you may have left a personal item in one of our vehicles please call us at (773) 227-0200 or click the link below to send us an email with any information about the lost item. Our drivers are instructed to turn in all lost items to our office and those items will be retained a minimum of 30 days.
Please be aware that we are not responsible for any items left in our vehicles, but as a courtesy to our valued customers we will make every effort to locate your property.
In the event that your item is found, you may speak with a customer service representative to discuss how you may retrieve your item. Items can be picked up at our office or arrangements can be made to send items via FedEx or UPS at your own cost.
